Pagkain


Capampangans are well-known for the flavorful and downright delicious food that are endemic to the regions of Pampanga and Tarlac. Being from a family that hails from Concepcion, Tarlac and having spent many a childhood summer there, I am privileged to be privy to these foods, their preparation and whatnot.

From giniling, fried hito, sinigang na hito to local barbecue, here are some images of Capampangan food at its best... home-cooked.
